Pacific Insurance is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Sales Counter to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our insurance products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with insurance products and services, answering inquiries and providing information.,Process customer applications for insurance policies, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and verified.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Promote insurance products and services to customers, both in person and through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.,Stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales counter area, ensuring it is clean and well-presented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills being an added advantage.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
