Nusantara Automotive is seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals to our employees. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage and disposal of food and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of food items, including fresh produce, pantry items, and other supplies.,Prepare and serve meals to employees in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
