📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR Manager in employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation,Support the HR team in the organization of HR events and activities,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
