📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Participate in training and development initiatives for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
