📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Develop and maintain HR documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
