Cloud Food Abadi is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Cirebon, Jawa Barat. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Handle and process mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling supplies and equipment.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with building management systems and security procedures.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
