Urban Byte Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This is a remote position based in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or sales environments and be comfortable working with cash transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including product demonstrations and customer inquiries.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Promote products and services to customers, both in person and online.,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a clean and attractive storefront.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
