Accor is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our luxury hospitality team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect any security threats or suspicious activities.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the property to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents or emergencies, including accidents, fires, or medical emergencies.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities and incidents.,Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the overall security and safety of the property.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, and address any security-related concerns or requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, is highly desirable.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
