Taylor's Education Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, Enquiry to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in both English and Mandarin and has a passion for education and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our enquiry process, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience for our students and their families. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our partners and stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop the enquiry process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and their families.
  • Manage a team of enquiry officers and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on enquiry metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our enquiry process is aligned with our marketing strategies.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in enquiry management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enquiry management or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
