Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technology and project management,In-depth knowledge of NICE Systems' products and solutions, and a proven track record of successful implementations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously🛠️ Keahlian
