📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet established standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior quality control staff.,Investigate and resolve quality issues and defects.,Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Familiarity with statistical process control and data analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
