Jurong Engineering Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Management Executive to join our Construction & Infrastructure Projects team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing strategic advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction and infrastructure projects.,Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures.,Monitor project performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on risk management issues.,Conduct risk assessments and prepare risk management reports.,Lead and mentor junior risk management staff.,Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective risk management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors.,Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing risks in large-scale projects.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of risk management software and tools is a plus.
