📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide high-quality peritoneal dialysis care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patients' condition, and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Educate patients and their families about peritoneal dialysis, its benefits, and potential complications.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in peritoneal dialysis or a related field.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in peritoneal dialysis.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
