📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive workplace safety programs and policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.,Investigate and report on workplace incidents and accidents.,Collaborate with management to promote a safety culture within the organization.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in workplace safety management.,Certification in OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and manage safety teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
