Clio Shipping And Logistics is seeking a dedicated Shipping Operations Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling import/export documentation and ensuring smooth port clearance processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and maintain import/export documentation accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs procedures.,Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth port clearance.,Monitor and update shipping schedules and cargo status.,Prepare and submit required documents for customs clearance and cargo release.,Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to documentation and port clearance.,Maintain accurate records and reports of all shipping operations.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.,Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid SIM (Sea Identification Mark) or equivalent certification is a plus.
