We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Monitor and manage cash handling procedures to prevent losses.,Assist in organizing and managing store promotions and sales events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Proven ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
