📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of delivery schedules and routes.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.,Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during fleet operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet activities and performance.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on fleet performance and operational metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and delivery personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
