As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium coffee products to both retail and wholesale customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers in the target market.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.,Promote and sell Hokian Gilang Coffee products to retail and wholesale customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Achieve and exceed sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive team performance.,Participate in trade shows and events to promote the brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or coffee industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
