📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.
  • Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with our fleet services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
