📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update job postings on various job boards and company websites.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment goals.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
