As a Lead Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best coffee experience while also managing our cashier operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers,Manage cashier operations, including processing transactions and handling customer payments,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior baristas and cashiers,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Strong multitasking and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in coffee making or customer service is a plus
