Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Continuously improving recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
