Berkah Oka Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate learning solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of educational principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
