📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock replenishment,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successful store management,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
