📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and management.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for all operations.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, accountants, and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
