🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandise strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERPNext.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and retailers.
