📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across the mall.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform procurement strategies.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with market trends and industry developments.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
