In this role, you will work closely with our loan officers and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient loan signing process. You will use our in-house loan management system and other banking software to manage and track loan agreements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Signing loan agreements and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Assisting clients through the loan process, providing clear and concise information
• Managing and tracking loan agreements using our in-house loan management system and other banking software
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Collaborating with the loan officer team to ensure a smooth and efficient loan signing process
• Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in loan agreements
• Providing regular updates and reports on loan signing activities to the loan officer team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using our in-house loan management system and other banking software
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
• Certification in banking or financial services (preferred)
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
