📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook traditional chicken rice dishes using authentic recipes and techniques
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety and quality of the food
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection and meet customer expectations
• Keep track of inventory and ensure that all ingredients are used efficiently and effectively
• Assist with the preparation of other dishes as needed
• Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of traditional chicken rice recipes and techniques
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
