📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the entire export-import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to customs, shipping, and trade.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the international trade industry and apply this knowledge to the company's operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the international trade industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, including those related to customs, shipping, and trade.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze trade data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of other languages, such as Mandarin or Arabic, is a plus.
• Familiarity with trade software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Valid SIM (Sea-man's Identity Document) and STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) certificate is a plus.
