📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential customers through various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Generate high-quality leads and convert them into paying customers by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products effectively.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an e-commerce sales representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in e-commerce sales or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
