Head of Regional Asset Division (Kepala Bidang Aset Daerah)
The Bangka Belitung Provincial Government is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our Regional Asset Division as Kepala Bidang Aset Daerah. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic management, utilization, and maintenance of the province's physical assets, ensuring they are efficiently and effectively utilized to support the government's objectives. Based in Pangkal Pinang, you will play a crucial role in driving the province's infrastructure and asset management initiatives.
As Kepala Bidang Aset Daerah, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies that align with the provincial government's vision. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the optimal use of the province's assets, including buildings, vehicles, and IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing the value and lifespan of these assets while minimizing costs.

- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to ensure the efficient utilization and maintenance of the province's physical assets.
- Oversee the inventory, tracking, and monitoring of all provincial assets, utilizing tools such as SAP and GIS software.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to identify asset needs and prioritize projects.
- Manage and coordinate asset maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to secure competitive pricing and quality services.
- Monitor asset performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the provincial government on asset status, performance, and financial implications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management to drive continuous improvement.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a government or public sector environment.
- Certification in Asset Management (e.g., CAMS, CMA) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of provincial regulations and policies related to asset management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proficient in using asset management software such as SAP, GIS, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
