📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transformative growth and achieve long-term objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and trends in the aerospace and defense sector.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive team.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic planning and management, preferably in the aerospace and defense sector.
• Proven track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the aerospace and defense sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in strategic management, such as Certified in Strategic Management (CSM) or Certified in Strategic Leadership (CSL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with key stakeholders.
