This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the beautiful locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Create engaging content for email newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Plan, promote, and host webinars using platforms like Zoom, Webex, or GoToWebinar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align webinar content with overall marketing goals.
• Measure webinar effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and webinar hosting.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and webinar metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and webinar hosting.
• Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns and webinar initiatives.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with webinar hosting platforms like Zoom, Webex, or GoToWebinar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
