📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and chemical handling.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and priorities.
• Report on housekeeping performance and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software, such as SAP Hygiene or similar.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
