📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of production operators to ensure efficient and effective operation of the production line.
  • Monitoring and maintaining production schedules and targets.
  • Conducting regular quality checks and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Training and mentoring junior operators to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring the safety of the production line and compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar production leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a production team.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
