📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of sustainable urban and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with environmental and social sustainability goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for urban development projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Utilize GIS, BIM, and sustainability software to create and analyze project designs.
• Develop and implement strategies for integrating green spaces, energy-efficient buildings, and smart infrastructure into urban environments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.
• Present project findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable urban development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sustainable urban development and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in GIS, BIM, and sustainability software, such as ArcGIS, Revit, and Autodesk Green Building Studio.
• Certifications in LEED, WELL, or other relevant sustainability standards.
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading and coordinating complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of island development in Bangka Belitung.
