As the HRBP, you'll be responsible for end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using BambooHR or similar HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
