- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Indonesian.
- Previous experience in an Italian restaurant is a bonus.
