📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Preparing and chopping vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to recipes and chef specifications.
• Assisting the head chef and other kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and well-organized, including washing dishes and utensils.
• Following health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Assisting with food presentations and garnishing dishes to meet the restaurant's high standards.
• Participating in kitchen meetings and following standard operating procedures.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, such as knives, grills, and ovens.
• Experience with Greek cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with good communication skills.
