📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order lifecycle, from initial processing to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Australian clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
• Utilize Salesforce and SAP to track and manage orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues that arise, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on order processing status and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in order management or a related field.
